SES Mechanical recently completed a project £430,000 at Thundersley Primary School to enhance water quality. The project focused on updating the schools water distribution systems to ensure an efficient supply, for students and staff.
Our team was responsible for designing and installing hot and cold water distribution systems in the Junior and Infant teaching blocks. This project demonstrated our expertise in managing upgrades in environments while minimising disruptions.
During the project our team stayed in contact, with school administrators to ensure interference, with daily operations. We followed a planned strategy sometimes carrying out work during school breaks and outside hours to finish the more disruptive parts of the setup.
In addition to upgrading the buildings SES implemented a water distribution system connecting the Junior & Infant teaching blocks with below ground pipework from the meter. This enhancement guaranteed a water supply from the mains to all school buildings establishing a foundation for the schools water infrastructure.
To complete this upgrade SES handled all associated tasks such, as installations, controls builders work and groundworks. This integrated approach ensured that every aspect of the water system renovation was meticulously planned and executed to meet standards.
SES won the tender to completely re-plumb the cold and hot water supplies across our large site. To date SES have been the best contractor ever to work on our site, especially as they worked here whilst the school was in full operation. The staff were highly professional, listened to our needs, followed health and safety procedures and areas were impeccably clean and tidy following their work. Workmanship was to a high standard, we would gladly have them work on a new project.
We pride ourselves on delivering a full spectrum of Mechanical Services for the Building Sector.
